Before she emigrated to Naples, FL in 2015, Alexandra successfully worked as a Real Estate Broker with her own company, Janz Immobilien in Freiburg Germany, and the surrounding area. With her company, she was chosen by the business magazine Focus among the top 1000 brokers in Germany for the last 7 years straight! Alex has also received the Best Property Agents award from Europe's largest real estate magazine Bellevue for years and still does. Her ambition has always been to support other people in achieving their goals, whether as a fitness coach and aerobic trainer or later in the international real estate business. It has always been her goal to achieve the best results for her customers in order to fulfill their needs and dreams. For Alexandra, the customer always comes first, and honesty and reliability are a matter of course for her and the milestone of a good partnership. As an experienced real estate agent, she knows very well that buying or selling real estate is one of the biggest and most sensitive decisions her clients make. It is a privilege for her to support her customers and guide them through this extensive process. Soon Alexandra grew her business and her sales volume year by year. Last award she qualified for in 2021 was the Chairman Circle Gold Award with Berkshire Hathaway which means she was in the Top 2% of BHHS Agents Nationwide. With that sales volume in a double figure Million $$ range in her back she moved her business to William Raveis Real Estate, a highly respected and well-known brokerage in her Luxury Market. With her high productivity she immediately qualified for the Luxury Properties Specialist designation of William Raveis.
